Yes. The entire reservation can be done remotely — a video walkthrough, a DLD-registered reservation, and we handle the paperwork. Many of our UK buyers reserve without travelling.

What's my true all-in cost?

Your unit price plus the 4% Dubai Land Department fee and a small admin/registration cost — nothing hidden. The calculator above shows your exact booking amount and total. We put the numbers in front of you before you commit.

Is off-plan risky? Who is Pasha1?

Pasha1 is the Dubai arm of PJS Global — 40 years, 9 countries, AED 3BN turnover — and STAX is sold through Driven | Forbes Global Properties. Your payments are milestone-based and held in a DLD-regulated escrow account, so funds are tied to construction progress.

Does STAX really qualify for the Golden Visa?

Property from AED 2M qualifies for the 10-year Golden Visa, and off-plan is eligible. The 2-bed + maid clears it at AED 2.1M; smaller units can be combined (up to three) to reach the threshold. We'll map your exact route.

How does a UK buyer actually pay?

Payments are made in AED via international transfer into the developer's DLD escrow account. We'll walk you through the steps, KYC and timing on your first call.

Can I sell before handover?

Off-plan units can typically be resold (assigned) subject to the developer's policy and a transfer fee — useful if you're buying for capital growth. We'll confirm the current terms for STAX.
